4/20/2010 - The Sixth Annual International Tasting Gala took place on April 20th at The Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange. FAMILYConnections was proud to honor Attorney General Paula T. Dow as the 2010 Champion of the People.
6/4/2010 - Citibank's Basic Banking for High School Seniors. As
part of a grant to support increased college access services at The Space at
Orange High School, Citi hosted a basic banking presentation for the seniors.

11/13/2009 - FAMILY Connections was chosen to receive a
2009 Community Leadership Awards from HANDS (Housing and Neighborhood
Development Services) a non-profit organization committed to the revitalization of neighborhoods in Orange and East Orange. In accepting the award at HANDS’ 11th
Annual Award Banquet,
FAMILY Connections Executive Director Paula Sabreen said,
“HANDS is itself an innovative leader in the community and the fact that this

5/12/09 – Our Gala 5th Annual International Tasting took place on
May 12, at the Montclair Art Museum, with Governor Jon Corzine joining us to
celebrate our 130th year of service and to honor our Champion of the People,
Shelden Pisani, Ph.D.
