Reunity Houses: South Orange, East Orange,
& Paterson
A therapeutic supervised visitation
model to safely reunite families separated due to abuse or neglect, teaching
personal responsibility and parenting skills in a respectful, nurturing, home-like
environment to reduce child abuse and neglect, decrease the time children spend
in foster care, and strengthen families throughout our communities.
DREAMS of
Essex
Case management and therapeutic services--including art and drama
therapy--for Essex County children exposed to domestic violence and their
non-offending parents.
Community Case Management Program (CCMP)
Individualized, in-home assessments, counseling, and service linkage for
families experiencing challenges, to enhance child safety, family stability,
and strong positive parenting.
Adolescent Crisis Intervention Program (ACIP)
Short-term intensive home-based services to DYFS-involved youth to stabilize
and strengthen families so they can successfully and independently manage life's
challenges without the involvement of supervising agencies.
Foster Care Support Services (FCSS)
Intensive home-based counseling and support services to foster children and
families, in order to promote children's sense of safety, stability and self-worth
during foster placement and/or reunification with their birth families.
Family
Engagement
Rapid response services when children are about to be, or have just been removed
from their homes. Engagement provides a forum for the family to set goals and
leverage their strengths, to reunify and solidify the family unit.

Success Center of Orange
A storefront family-centered neighborhood gathering place where any Orange
resident can go for family support, information, and services.
Unified
Care Management
In-home youth case management services in conjunction with the Partnership
for the Children of Essex and the Mental Health Association of Essex County to
help youth obtain the services and develop the skills they need to succeed and
thrive.
