Some of the most beneficial ways of giving is through stocks, bonds, money market funds,. If you give appreciated stock you that you have owned for more than a year, you may deduct the full market value as a charitable contribution.
Real Estate
You may deduct the full fair-market value of your property as a charitable contribution if you have owned the property for more than a year.
Estate Planning
Making FAMILYConnections a beneficiary in your will is a simple but very important way to leave a legacy for the families of Essex, Middlesex, and Passaic counties. You may consider leaving your assets in trust, assigning the income to one or two beneficiaries and the trust principal to FAMILYConnections.
