The New Jersey Department of Children and Families (DCF) currently has multiple online advertisements on various websites for direct care workers to assist with filling critically needed positions. It is seeking candidates who have graduated from accredited colleges and universities with Bachelor’s degrees or are high school graduates with three to five years of experience providing direct care to young individuals in behavioral health agencies and institutional settings. All resumes are being pre-screened by staff within the DCF Office of Human Resources, ensuring only those who meet the requirements above will be provided to requesting agencies.
